    Prototype

    Real boards, real enclosures, real bugs found early. Iterate until it feels right in the hand and behaves right in the field.

    Validate

    Environmental, EMC and pre‑compliance testing, battery life measured rather than estimated, security reviewed.

    Manufacture

    Design for manufacture, component sourcing, test fixtures and factory hand‑holding through pilot and volume runs.

    Roll out

    Provisioning, apps, over‑the‑air updates and fulfilment so devices arrive working and stay working. Then we stick around.
